1055High -This most recent boutique property 1055 High – a 28,760-square-foot condominium building at 1055 Wisconsin Avenue NW sold out in a record three-week period in May 2015. The seven spectacularly well-appointed units overlook the C&O Canal and offer quintessential Georgetown living. 1055High is comprised of three and four bedroom residences that range in size from 3,300 to 4,300 square feet and feature private terraces or balconies. This project won the Delta Associates Award for “Best Overall Mid-Atlantic Condominium Project: 2004" and the National Association of Home Builders 2007 Pillars of the Industry Award for "Best Mid-Rise Condominium Community" and commands some of the highest resales prices in Georgetown.

Cady’s Alley, a 120,000 sq ft retail and residential historic redevelopment in the heart of Georgetown features the nation’s most exclusive home furnishing and accessories retailers. This project won a prestigious 2005 AIA Honor Award for Urban Design.

1875 Pennsylvania Avenue, a 288,000 sq ft office project released to Wilmer Hale for its headquarters. This project was awarded a 2006 Merit Award in Architecture by the Washington D.C. chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
